Amy Lam - Experience Manager

Amy became a part of the Worklab family in December 2024. A proud GVSU alumna with a background in hospitality and marketing. One of the things Amy loves about Worklab is the community and always meeting new faces.

Outside of Worklab, you’ll find Amy lost in a good book, exploring new parks along Lake Michigan with her dog, or discovering new restaurants and coffee shops in Grand Rapids.

When you see her around—most likely giving a demo on the new espresso maker in Ada—be sure to say hi! She’s always happy to chat, especially over a great cup of coffee!
